Local Authority Referrals

A local authority client will be referred by their local substance misuse service. They will send over a referral form alongside the blood tests and GP summary. The referral will include basic details such as name, address, D.O.B, GP details, drinking history etc
We also require recent blood tests which include Liver Function Test, Gamma GT, Cholesterol, Iron, Glucose and Thyroid function. that have been taken up to 8 weeks and an up to date GP summary. If these can be in place before the referral has been taken it will speed up the process from referral to admission. The GP’s will then be handed all of the referral paperwork and advise us if we can set an admission date.

Private Referrals
